7th Dimension

Each dimension has a different energy frequency, which is why we may feel or intuit different dimensions but most often not see them.  So many things are happening out of the range of what our eyes can see or our brains can comprehend.  There is a continuum of energy just as there is a continuum of light rays that we can see.  We can not see x-ray wave lengths and we can not see the frequency of other dimensions.

The 7th dimension is a spiritual place which is calm and serene, which is peace surpassing all peace and is God/Goddess centered. One way to enter this dimension when meditating is to visualize taking a giant leap into the air and entering the flying mode.  When Tibetan monks ohm with several sounds emanating from their throats, they are in the 7th dimension.  This dimension is soft, loving, very detailed, and etherial.   While in this dimension one can function in the world with no stress, and there is no time or space here.  One can easily fly here or swim under water, it has Atlantis energy. There is no war or fighting here since one realizes all is connected to everything else.  Colors mix together in a  translucent manner which makes the mixture of colors deeper and more vibrant than each individual color. Everything is sparkly here and the many points of light form patterns that are moving and dancing. One’s energy dances with the moving lights, causes ones energy to become higher and upbeat.  Melding or becoming one with another’s energy is easy here. It is a comfortable place to visit. There is a freedom of expression and a feeling of floating in a sea of bliss, wrapped in angel’s wings while being held and nurtured.  We can expand ideas here so we can get a wider vision of what options are available to us. There is a liquid gold feeling of ecstasy. There are guides here who help with healing. We realize that we are so much more than we know, that our energy is so much bigger than we realize it is in the third dimension of earthly time and space.  We are connected to all sentient beings here.  There is an inner sense of beauty.

Years ago I was leaning against a gigantic tree meditating in a sequoia forest when I felt the all encompassing peace and love of the 7th dimension and connected to my heart and the oneness of the world.  I felt the trees all being connected through their roots to all other beings and how the trees communicate love, acceptance, and healing throughout the world with their root system.  The trees are protecting, guarding, and saving our world. By doing slow deliberate yoga movements one can move into this dimension.

Checking information using kinesiology

During and after meditation I check the information I have obtained using muscle testing or kinesiology to test if it is accurate.  When I go to my chiropractor or naturopath they both use muscle testing to see if my body can use the the vitamin or the medical treatment  they are suggesting.

David Hawkins who has been prolific in his writing about consciousness also writes about kinesiology.   He is a psychiatrist and consciousness researcher who wrote Power vs. Force: The Hidden Determinants of Human Behavior (2002).  His main theme is that there are many carefully calibrated levels of consciousness and that the highest levels of consciousness lead to transcendence and enlightenment.  He tests each research subject using kinesiology or muscle testing, to determine a person’s particular level of consciousness.  In his view kinesiology is an exact science that produces results that can be replicated across many research subjects.  In kinesiology, his subjects hold an arm out straight to the side, then the questioner asks the subject a yes or no question and pushes the arm down and if the answer is ‘no’ the arm will go weak and will drop when pushed and if the answer is ‘yes’ it will remain strong and the arm will not fall if pushed. This is the same technique my chiropractor and naturopath use.

In the 1970s, John Diamond named this technique behavioral kinesiology.  “Dr. Diamond’s startling discovery was that indicator muscles would strengthen or weaken in the presence of positive or negative emotional and intellectual stimuli, as well as physical stimuli” (Hawkins, 2002, p. 3).  Hawkins also mentioned another type of kinesiology, which he states is just as accurate, where a person can check their own ‘yes’ or ‘no’ question by putting their thumb and baby finger together and then asking the question while trying to pull those two fingers apart using the thumb and pointer finger of the opposite hand (Hawkins, 2002, p. 296).  He carefully tested many research subjects and reported a high level of reliability.  I learned about this second form of kinesiology about fifteen years ago and have continually used it to test if the answers I am receiving for my work are accurate.

4th Dimension and Dr. Michio Kaku

The 4th dimension is very easy to go to and is close to the 3rd dimension where we spend most of our time. Unconsciously we go to the 4th dimension on a regular basis. When you drive and lose track of where you are going, you have likely gone to the 4th dimension.  Time is irrelevant in the fourth dimension.  There is no competition there, it is very relaxing, and one has a sense of well-being.  Children and dogs spend much of their time there, which is why petting a dog or holding a sleeping baby relieves one’s stress so quickly since they bring us with them into the 4th dimension. Some believe in this time of inner and outer change that many people will move from living in the 3rd dimension to living in the 4th dimension. Life is easier in the 4th dimension since there are no worries, no fighting, and appreciation flows freely. Receiving a massage can put you in the 4th dimension. The fourth dimension is based on cooperation that is female energy. While in the 4th dimension one can move from place to place by just thinking of a place and then quickly traveling there.  Imagination and creating new ideas  is the foundation of the 4th dimension since ideas bounce easily from the intuition. This photograph illustrates the fourth dimension.

Scientists, especially physicists have been investigating the idea of other dimensions in this universe and also parallel universes connected by wormholes, which are like funnels running from dimension to dimension.  There are many conflicting views in the scientific community about the concept of other dimensions of time and space. Dr. Michio Kaku, a Harvard graduate wrote “Hyperspace: A Scientific Odyssey Through Parallel Universes, Time Warps, and the 10th Dimension”(1994), he is an award winning physicist and string theorist,  who discusses the mathematical reality that there are ten dimensions.  He, and others believe that there is now proof that we live in a multi-dimensional world.  Kaku comments as follows: “Introducing higher dimensions may be essential for prying loose the secrets of Creation.  According to this theory, before the Big Bang, our cosmos was actually a perfect ten-dimensional universe, a world where interdimensional travel was possible” (Kaku, 1994, p. 27).

A method to move to other dimensions

To prepare myself for meditation, I find I need to protect, clear and relax myself.

I protect my energy field and then I clear out any negative energy.  I accomplish this by first asking my guides to put a protective field around me. I actually visualize what it will look like, for instance, a titanium barrier, a stone protection, or love and light. I often change what it looks and feels like.

Once that is in place, I visualize a donut of energy descending from the top of my head slowly lowering over my body to below my feet. As it slowly rises back up, I see the donut collecting all the negative energy that has come on or around me.  I also visualize a saw to cut off any attachments that have pulled on my energy field to cut them all off. These negative energies all collect on the donut until it is over my head and then I visiualize a bag containing all of this and send it to the white light where the negative energy is converted into positive white light.  Whatever form of protection, clearing, and relaxation you use is fine.

Now I relax, close my eyes, and notice how my body feels.  I move any part of my body that is not comfortable.  I pay attention to my breath as it slowly goes in and out of my body, as I start to meditate.  I ask for my guides and higher self to be present and protect me on this journey. I ask that Source be with me and guide me during this process.  As I take several more deep relaxing breaths l notice my consciousness gently rising.  As you do this you may think that you are imagining or making up what you are noticing, this is OK, just keep breathing in a relaxed manner.  If nothing is happening that is OK, just keep breathing and your breath may guide you into another dimension.  Breathe slowly in and out.  I sometimes ask to go to a specific numbered dimension.  When done I ask to come back to present. Enjoy your journey.

Entering the 61st dimension while having a tattoo

Two weeks ago I got my first tattoo. The artist, Cindy Lou said it would feel like a cat scratching a sunburn.  I found the pain came in waves.  At first I tried to breathe and relax. Then I moved into a place of appreciation and to the vortex that Esther Hicks talks about at her Abraham talks.  But I could not sustain my inner peace. When I opened my eyes I would come right back into a place of pain.  The tattoo was taking two hours to complete. Suddenly I remembered that I could move into another dimension. I asked my guides which would be the best dimension to go to for this situation.  I found that the 61st dimension worked the best.  I was able to totally relax and the pain faded into a mild background noise.  This dimension was very soothing.  I found I needed to ask several times to be brought back to the 61st dimension, otherwise, I would fall out of it. In this dimension I felt like waves were rolling over me and taking the pain and I was being soothed. I realized that people who are hurting could go to the 61st dimension and flow with the pain rather than become tense and fight it.  By the time the tattoo was done I felt relaxed, calm, spacey, and in a soft glow of wonderfulness.  I was so grateful to have found this dimension.  The other artist in the room told me he had never seen someone relax and enjoy having a tattoo as much as me.

1st dimension

The first dimension is a dot which contains everything in the universe.  All energy is in that one dot.  Everything is still and quite peaceful there. At first one could feel lonely there but soon one realizes that everything is contained in this dimension. Everything is one and we are one with everything and everyone.  There is no separation or differences.  Being there feels like floating while being connected to all that is.  There are no contrasts so there are no highs or lows.  Everything is neutral. We are in a state of being.  There is no impingement from outside sources since there is no inside or outside, since all is one. This space is neither comfortable or uncomfortable since everything just is.  Many beings in the universe like rocks and trees are in this dimension all of the time. Last week I painted a butterfly that represents the first dimension. A photograph I took of a peony bud also represents the first dimension.

I will share with you the dozens of different dimensions I have entered often during meditation with the help of my guides.  There are dimensions that we can each easily go to that help us play golf better, paint more easily, play sports with a higher level success, or help us to feel happier and more content.  When I first started moving into other dimensions, I was afraid that I could be psychologically hurt or get lost in a new dimension and not know how to get back. This did not happen. I found it to be easy, fascinating, and fun to explore other dimensions and constantly be learning new information.  Recently I have been painting watercolor paintings of the different dimensions that I will post on this blog.
